Our Story
Indian students are taught subjects but rarely learn creative problem solving. They're prepared for jobs that may not exist, yet they aren't equipped for the uncertainty they'll face in the future. DITOA exists to change that.
DITOA is a brand focused on enhancing India's young learners through design thinking workshops that foster empathy. We believe that learning environments should not feel like a checklist but rather a journey of discovery. Through hands-on workshops, experiential projects, and mindset-building frameworks, we help learners develop not just technical skills, but also the clarity and confidence to shape their own futures. Whether you're 13 and exploring what's possible or 24 and stepping into leadership, DITOA meets you where you are—and walks with you toward where you want to go. This is learning that feels like home. This is where becoming begins.

They'll build a working prototype of their idea — even if it's messy — and experience the pride of creating something tangible. This is the essential skill that fosters creative problem solving and builds entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders who execute, not just plan.

What This Course Solves: In our design thinking workshops, your child will take their prototype into real-world learning environments — testing with actual users, gathering feedback, and discovering that great solutions come from listening, not assumptions. This experience teaches empathy, adaptability, and creative problem solving — the essential soft skills that determine career success more than grades.
Format: Physical workshops + 2-week field project • 12 contact hours + fieldwork

What This Course Solves: Your child learns to pitch ideas with confidence and write compelling narratives — the #1 skill for college interviews, job placements, and leadership roles. This program incorporates creative problem solving and design thinking workshops to enhance their communication skills. Whether they become a CEO, doctor, or engineer, storytelling in diverse learning environments determines who gets heard and who gets ignored.
Format: 1 intensive day (Sunday, 10am-4pm) • 6 contact hours

AI x Design Thinking
The Problem Your Child Faces: "My child will be left behind if they don't know AI. I hear it everywhere but don't know how to prepare them."
What This Course Solves: Your child learns to use AI as a superpower — not to cheat, but to enhance their creative problem solving skills, research faster, ideate smarter, and prototype 10x quicker. This course integrates design thinking workshops that prepare them for the future. AI won't replace designers, but designers who use AI will replace those who don't. This future-proofs their career before college even starts in supportive learning environments.
Format: 1 intensive day (Sunday, 10am-4pm) • 6 contact hours

The Problem Your Child Faces: "My child talks about starting a business but has no idea how. I want them to understand entrepreneurship beyond 'Shark Tank' fantasies and develop their creative problem solving skills."
What This Course Solves: Your child builds a real startup blueprint — business model, revenue strategy, and investor pitch. Even if they never start a company, this course teaches strategic thinking, financial literacy, and how to sell ideas through design thinking workshops — skills that make them CEO material in any career path.
Format: 2 full days (Sat-Sun, 10am-4pm) • 12 contact hours in engaging learning environments.

"My child reacts to problems but can't see the bigger picture. They treat every challenge in isolation, not realising how things connect — and that limits how deeply they can think or create."
What This Course Solves:
Through ROOTS Lab, your child learns to think like a systems designer — the skill behind every great policy, product, and social innovation. Across 8 structured studio sessions, they'll move from noticing invisible patterns in everyday life, to mapping ripple effects and hidden structures, to designing thoughtful improvements for real-world problems.
Using the ROOTS framework (Recognize → Organize → Observe Connections → Think from Many Angles → Shape Change), participants develop the depth of thinking that separates average problem-solvers from exceptional ones. They leave with a final showcase project, a personal insight journal, and a habit of asking "why" that doesn't switch off.
Format: 8 weekly studio sessions · 90 minutes
